BUS303 Organizational 领导 and Management
This course introduces students to many of the basic principles of 领导 and human behavior that effective managers when managing individuals and groups in organizations. These include theories relating to individual differences in abilities and attitudes, 归因, 动机, group dynamics, power and politics, 领导, conflict resolution, and organizational culture. In addition, contemporary business leaders will also be studied.
